# I contacted gift suppliers in order to take their samples.

# I did some research about designing agencies in turn to know their company profile, work example and their clients.
# I contacted some of the designing agencies regarding to some questions that we had. Them I updated my manager with the information that I obtained.
# I coordinated to arrange an activity for the staffs in June.

Tasks I did:

# I wrote a sponsorship proposal.
# replied to some of sponsorship request.

For these tasks I applied the communication and writing skills.

Wednesday

Tasks I did:

# I translated some new pages for the Arabic website.
# I contacted a gift supplier to provide us t-shirts for one of the clubs as sponsorship.
# I completed to coordinate for the event
